Strategy Sessions and Follow-Up Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 2 hours’ notice. Cancellations or missed sessions with less than 2 hours’ notice are non-refundable.

All scheduled sessions are non-refundable once completed.

For Strategic Decision Brief engagements and other project-based services, refunds are not available once work has begun.

Unauthorized chargebacks, payment reversals, or disputes made after services have been delivered may be contested with documentation, including booking records, payment confirmations, communication history, signed agreements, intake forms, and proof of service delivery.
